WHAT IS TIMOL 500MG?

TIMOL 500MG contain Paracetamol, that is a pain reliever and a fever reducer which helps to treat mild to moderate pain. It works by relieving pain and reducing high temperature and fever

It is used to treat:

  • Mild to moderate pain (ffrom headaches, menstrual periods, toothaches, backaches, osteoarthritis, or cold/flu aches and pains) and to reduce fever
  • Are taking any other products that contain paracetamol
  • Are allergic to paracetamol or any of the other ingredients
  • Suffering from liver or kidney disease or G-6-PD deficiency
  • This medicine can be used during pregnancy. You should use the lowest possible dose that reduces your pain and/or your fever and use it for the shortest time possible. Contact your doctor or midwife if the pain and/or fever are not reduced or if you need to take the medicine more often
  • This medicine is not recommended to children under 6 years

Please inform your doctor in case you are taking any of the following medicines:

  • Warfarin
  • Chloramphenicol
  • Metoclopramide, Domperidone
  • Cholestyramine
  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Swallow the medicine with a small amount of water

If you forget to take this medicine:

  • Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If you forget to take a dose take it as soon as you remember it and then take the next dose at the right time

If you stop taking this medicine:

  • Do not stop taking this medicine unless told by your doctor
  • Redness of the rectal mucous membranes
  • TIMOL 500mg Tablet is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever
  • Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
  • Keep this medicine out of the reach of children
