What is SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG?

  • SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG contains Indacaterol and Glycopyrrolate
  • It relaxes the muscles around the airways in your lungs to prevent symptoms such as wheezing, cough, chest tightness, and shortness of breath

What SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG is used for?

  • It is used to treat Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) which is a chronic lung disease that includes chronic bronchitis, emphysema

Tell your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:

  • are allergic to indacaterol, glycopyrrolate, or any of the ingredients in this medicine
  • have heart problems
  • have high blood pressure
  • have seizures
  • have diabetes
  • have liver or kidney or thyroid problems
  • have eye problems such as glaucoma
  • have prostate or bladder problems, or problems passing urine
  • If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or breast-feeding ask advice to your doctor before taking this medicine
  • This medicine is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 18 years of age

  • anticholinergics (such as umeclidinium, tiotropium, ipratropium, aclidinium)
  • medicines such as formoterol, salmeterol, vilanterol, olodaterol
  • Always use this medicine as exactly told by your doctor
  • Do not swallow SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG 

If you take more SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG

  • If you take too much SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG, call your doctor right away

If you forget to take SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG

  • If you miss a dose of SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG, take it as soon as you remember
  • Take your next dose at your usual time

If you stop taking SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG  

  • Do not stop taking SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG before consulting your doctor
  • sudden shortness of breath may be life-threatening
  • rash, hives
  • swelling of the tongue, lips, and face
  • difficulty in breathing or swallowing
  • fast or irregular heartbeat, chest pain
  • increased blood pressure
  • new or worsened eye problems including acute narrow-angle glaucoma
  • nausea or vomiting
  • blurred vision
  • red eyes
  • seeing halos or bright colors around lights
  • urinary retention
  • sore throat and running nose
  • high blood pressure
  • back pain
