It is used to treat Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) which is a chronic lung disease that includes chronic bronchitis, emphysema

are allergic to indacaterol, glycopyrrolate, or any of the ingredients in this medicine
have heart problems
have high blood pressure
have seizures
have diabetes
have liver or kidney or thyroid problems
have eye problems such as glaucoma
have prostate or bladder problems, or problems passing urine

If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or breast-feeding ask advice to your doctor before taking this medicine

This medicine is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 18 years of age

Tell your doctor if you are taking:

anticholinergics (such as umeclidinium, tiotropium, ipratropium, aclidinium)
medicines such as formoterol, salmeterol, vilanterol, olodaterol

If you take too much SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG, call your doctor right away

Take your next dose at your usual time

Do not stop taking SEQUADRA 110MCG/50MCG before consulting your doctor

sudden shortness of breath may be life-threatening
rash, hives
swelling of the tongue, lips, and face
difficulty in breathing or swallowing
fast or irregular heartbeat, chest pain
increased blood pressure
new or worsened eye problems including acute narrow-angle glaucoma
nausea or vomiting
blurred vision
red eyes
seeing halos or bright colors around lights
urinary retention

sore throat and running nose
high blood pressure
back pain
