What is PYROLATE Injection?

  • PYROLATE contains Glycopyrrolate is a synthetic anticholinergic agent used in anesthesia for reducing the production of gastric acid, salivation, etc.

What is PYROLATE Injection used for?

PYROLATE to control conditions such as,

  • Anesthesia
  • Peptic Ulcer
  • Excessive salivation
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Talk to your Doctor, if you ever had:

  • are allergic or hypersensitive to Glycopyrrolate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • an enlarged prostate;
  • liver or kidney disease;
  • heart problems or a heart rhythm disorder;
  • high blood pressure;
  • a stomach disorder such as ulcerative colitis, hiatal hernia, reflux disease, or slow digestion;
  • a colostomy or ileostomy;
  • a thyroid disorder; or
  • a nerve disorder.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.

Tell your doctor if you are taking or have ever taken following medicines:

  • Potassium Chloride
  • Topiramate
  • Clozapine
  • Dicyclomine
  • Zonisamide
  • It is administered to you by a doctor or nurse  
  • You will always receive this injection by infusion into one of your veins
  •  Kindly do not self administer
  • Urinary retention
  • Blurred vision
  • Dilatation of pupil
  • Cycloplegia (paralysis of the ciliary muscle of the eye)
  • Ocular hyperemia
  • Slow heart rate
  • Palpitations
  • Reduced sweating
  • Protect from excess heat and light
  • Keep this medicine out of reach of children
  • Store at a room temperature of 15-25°C
  • Do not use the medicine after expiry date
