What is MILRINEON 10mg?

MILRINEON 10mg contains milrinone lactone which belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase inhibitor drugs.

What MILRINEON 10mg is used for?

It is used

For the short-term treatment of heart failure.

Before using milrinone, tell your doctor or pharmacist:

if you are allergic to it, or if you have any other allergies.
your medical history, especially of: heart valve disease, kidney disease, mineral imbalance (low level of potassium in the blood), irregular heartbeat (such as atrial fibrillation).

During pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Can be used under doctor consultation.

Donot drive or operate machinery until you feel safe.

This will be stored at the healthcare Centre.
They should be stored at room temperature not above 25°C and kept in the carton to protect them from light.
