What is KT INJECTION 1OML?

  • KT INJECTION 1OML contains Potassium chloride

What KT INJECTION 1OML is used for?

  • It is used to replace the loss of potassium from the body

Talk to your Doctor, if you:

  • are allergic to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • suffer from kidney disease
  • have any heart condition
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
  • You should not drive or use machinery if you are affected by the administration of this medicine

Tell your doctor if you are taking,

  • diuretics (used to treat heart problems)
  • drugs used to treat high blood pressure
  • cyclosporin (used to depress the immune system following transplants, and in severe skin, rheumatic and bowel disorders)
  • It will be given by a doctor or nurse
  • pain at the site of injection
  • inflammation of the vein into which the solution is being injected
  • raised blood levels of potassium
  • Keep this medicine out of reach of children
  • Stored at a room temperature of 15-25°C
