What is IFOMIDE-M Injection?

IFOMIDE-M contains Ifosfamide and mensa s an anticancer agent which is used in the treatment of various cancers of testes, lymphatic system, connective tissues, etc.

What is IFOMIDE-M Injection used for?

Pancreatic cancer
Ovarian cancer
Breast cancer
Non-small cell lung cancer
Testicular cancer
Blood cancer

Talk to your Doctor, if you ever had:

are allergic or hypersensitive to Ifosfamide and mensa or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
heart problems
radiation to your chest area;
liver or kidney disease;
bone marrow suppression

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.

The safety and efficacy in children below 18 years of age have not been established

IFOMIDE-M 1gm Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Tell your doctor if you are taking or have ever taken following medicines:

Live attenuated vaccines and related products
Etanercept
Adalimumab
Clozapine
Diltiazem

It is administered to you by a doctor or nurse
You will always receive this injection by infusion into one of your veins
Kindly do not self administer

Common

Nausea
Vomiting
Anemia (low number of red blood cells)
Hair loss
Decreased white blood cell count
Infection
Blood in urine
CNS toxicity

Storage

Protect from excess heat and light
Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Store at a room temperature of 15-25°C
Do not use the medicine after expiry date
