What is FUSIMAR H?

  • FUSIMAR H contains Hydrocortisone and Fusidic acid

What FUSIMAR H is used for?

  • It is used to treat conditions where the skin is inflamed (eczema or dermatitis)

Talk to your doctor  if you:

  • are allergic to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • have acne rosacea
  • have perioral dermatitis
  • have tuberculosis or syphilis
  • have boils or spots
  • have cold sores or chickenpox
  • have athlete’s foot
  • If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before using this medicine
  • Consult your doctor for advice before applying this medicine to your children
  • This medicine will have very little effect on your ability to drive or use machines
  • Tell your doctor about all medicines and herbal products you use, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and herbal supplements.
  • Always apply this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Only for external use
  • application site reaction (burning, irritation, itching)

FUSIMAR H Cream is a combination of three medicines: Hydrocortisone and Fusidic Acid which treat skin infections. Hydrocortisone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Fusidic Acid is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

  • Store at a room temperature of 15-25°C
