Cremaffin Plus Syrup Refreshing Sugar Free is a combination of three laxatives: Sodium picosulfate, liquid paraffin, and milk of magnesia. Together they help relieve constipation by softening the stools and increasing the movement of the intestine.
Cremaffin Plus syrup is used for symptomatic treatment of constipation in adults.

Can I take Cremaffin Plus syrup while breastfeeding?
Avoid during breastfeeding as it may cause harm to the newborn baby unless prescribed by the doctor after considering it to be safe and necessary, particularly during breastfeeding. Inform the doctor if you are a nursing mother.
Can I drive if I have consumed Cremaffin Plus syrup?
If you experience dizziness, abdominal spasm after taking Cremaffin Plus syrup, avoid driving.
Talk to your doctor if

Prolong use of Cremaffin Plus syrup is not recommended.

Concurrent use of corticosteroids such as prednisone with Cremaffin Plus syrup may cause electrolyte imbalance.
Concurrent use of antibacterials and antifungals such as azithromycin, cefaclor, cefpodoxime, isoniazid, itraconazole, rifampicin, tetracyclines might decrease the effect of Cremaffin Plus syrup.
Discuss with your doctor about any other medicines, herbal preparations and supplements you are taking currently to avoid any possible interactions.

Excess of Cremaffin Plus syrup may cause diarrhoea, abdominal cramps and electrolyte imbalance. If you have taken too much of this medicine, contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital immediately.
If you missed any dose of Cremaffin Plus syrup, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
