What is BETNOR Eye/Ear drops?

BETNOR Eye/Ear drops contains betamethasone,which belongs to a group of medicines called steroids and neomycin,which is an antibiotic.

What BETNOR Eye/Ear drops is used for?

BETNOR Eye/Ear drops (Betamethasone+Neomycin) is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. Betamethasone + Neomycin is a combination of two medicines.Betamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy in eye.
BETNOR Eye/Ear drops is used to treat some allergy and infections in eye.

Tell your doctor if you are applying any other type of eye drops or eye ointment before you start to use this medicine.

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
The usual dose is one or two drops in each eye four times daily or as directed by your doctor
