What is AVIL 50MG?

  • AVIL 50MG contains Pheniramine which belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamine

What AVIL 50MG is used for?

It is used to:

  • treat allergic conditions such as hay fever, drug rashes, angioneurotic oedema, serum sickness, allergic conjunctivitis, food allergy
  • treat conditions of the respiratory tract that are accompanied by increased secretion
  • treat all itching skin conditions
  • prevent and treat motion sickness, nausea, vomiting and vertigo due to Menière’s disease and other labyrinthine disturbances

Talk to your Doctor, if you are:

  • allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine
  • having prostatic hypertrophy
  • having narrow angle glaucoma
  • suffering from asthma or any heart disease
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine

[CHILDADOLESCENTS]

  • It may cause drowsiness. If this happens, do not drive or use any tools or machines

Tell your healthcare provider about all of the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and herbal supplements.

  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Do not take the medicine on an empty stomach

If you take more AVIL 50MG

  • If you take too much AVIL 50MG, contact your doctor or go to nearest hospital immediately

If you forget to take AVIL 50MG

  • If you forget to take a dose, take the next dose when needed. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

If you stop taking AVIL 50MG

  • Before stop taking this medicine, consult your doctor
