Talk to your doctor before using this medicine, if you:

  • are allergic to adapalene, benzoyl peroxide or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • have cuts or scrapes or on sunburnt skin or if you have a skin condition called eczema
  • have high levels of sun exposure and those with inherent sensitivity to sun
  • If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before using this medicine.
  • ADAPT gel is not recommended for use in children or adolescents below 9 years of age

Tell your doctor before taking this medicine, If you:

  • are undergoing any other acne treatment
  • are using topical medicines that contain sulfur, resorcinol or salicylic acid.
  • Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Do not use ADAPT gel in or on your mouth, eyes, or vagina
  • Apply ADAPT gel once a day on your face
  • Wash the area where the gel will be applied with a mild cleanser and pat dry
  • Squeeze a small amount (about the size of a pea) of ADAPT gel onto your fingertips and spread a thin layer over the affected area
  • local skin reactions such as redness, dryness, swelling, scaling, stinging or burning
  • Keep this medicine out of reach of children
  • Do not use this medicine after the expiry date
  • Store at room temperature (15-25ºC)
